All Personal Injury cases are taken on a contingency fee basis; this means that we get paid for our legal services only if there is a monetary award or recovery of funds. We offer an in office detailed consultation for this type of case for a fee of $150.00 for up to 50 minutes. During the consultation Attorney Henderson will go over your situation in detail and will require you to provide a copy of any accident reports and a list of doctors you have seen. Also bring with you all information you have regarding your accident including any correspondence with insurance companies, claim numbers, and contact information you have. If you choose to hire the Law Office of Gary L. Henderson, the consultation fee will be waived; if you do not hire us to handle your case, the consultation will be due on the day of your consultation, or you can pay the fee prior to your consultation by clicking here.

All Social Security Disability cases are taken on a contingency fee basis; this means that we get paid for our legal services only if you are approved for Disability. This fee is paid from your back pay and is paid directly to us from the Social Security Administration. If there are any costs that arise from having to obtain medical records, you may be responsible for paying those fees directly to us once your case is complete. Please be aware that you may have to pay medical record fees or other associated fees even if you are denied Social Security Disability. The in office detailed consultation for this type of case is $150.00 for up to 50 minutes. During the consultation Attorney Henderson will go over your situation in detail and will require you to provide all documents you have received from the Social Security Administration regarding your claim. This must include any and all denial letters and decisions you have received from the Administrative Law Judge. If you choose to hire the Law Office of Gary L. Family Law cases are handled either at a set price (for non-contested matters) or by retainer and you will be billed an hourly fee (for contested matters including litigation). During the phone consultation, Attorney Henderson will discuss with you in general the options you have available to move forward with your case. We also offer in office detailed consultations for a fee of $150.00 for up to 50 minutes. During the in office consultation, Attorney Henderson will go over any information you provide regarding your case and he will provide you with case specific advice on what your next step should be. Please bring with you all information you have regarding your case including the latest order that is in place (if you have an order) and any documents that you have received from any attorney's regarding the matter or from the court. Estate Planning cases are handled at a set rate for each service rendered. The Law Office of Gary L. Henderson offers an initial FREE brief phone consultation up to 10 minutes with Attorney Henderson. We do not offer in office consultations for this area of practice. During the phone consultation, Attorney Henderson will discuss with you in general the options you have available to plan your estate and final wishes. We will send you the information Estate Planning Questionnaire by mail or email and you can fill it out at your leisure or call to schedule an appointment for assistance with filling it out. At the time of your appointment or when you return the questionnaire to us, the fee for the documents we are drafting for you will be due.
